High Heels

High heels have are bad for women’s posture and walking. More stress is put on lower back, the spine is overarched and the locking back of the knees predisposes to its degeneration. Narrow high heels usage is associated with osteoartritis of knee and hip, and pressure on the forefoot can lead to nerve entrapments in the foot and of course bunions.
